Within Orbitas RMS a job will receive a PROCESSING status if there is an error in processing the file.
In most cases this issue will resolve itself. Give it some time and the job should receive the AVAILABLE status.
If the job remains in the PROCESSING status for an extended length of time please contact Tri-Global.
