Changing a Password

If you need to change a User's password select the desired user and click on the ACTIONS button then select UPDATE.

On the Update User form click on the RESET PASSWORD button.

  • Choose a new password
  • Confirm the new password
  • Click on the CONFIRM button

*Remember the PASSWORD field is CaSe SeNSItiVe
