If a Field Editor receives a new phone or an update rolls through, it may be necessary to reset the device ID for that license.

Resetting a device ID

Resetting the device ID will allow the assigned user to login to a new iOS device. Orbitas RMS will then store the new ID with that license.

To reset a device ID on a license you will need to select LICENSES from the left hand menu, then select MANAGE.

  • Select the license you choose to reset the device ID for
  • Select ACTIONS then RESET DEVICE ID

You will receive a message stating what resetting the device ID will do and prompts you continue. Select RESET DEVICE ID to proceed.
