The General Settings tab opens a sub menu displaying a secondary set of options described in detail below.
Upon install Orbitas on iOS defaults to using ILS and is turned on automatically within the GENERAL SETTINGS.
There are a few use cases in Orbitas on iOS where ILS will be ON.

While the name of the feature is "Tap to Place", this feature requires a "long press" to activate the function.
Digitizing a Location using "Tap to Place"
Notice that the COLLECT LOCATION icon has a red border around. This indicates Tap to Place mode is activated.
"Tap to Place" locations behave like any other collected location. They can be edited using forms, GPS moved, along with other functions.
Notice the COLLECT LOCATION icon has returned to its original state.
By default Automatic Photo Sync is turned on. This will allow Orbitas on iOS to automatically upload all photos associated with the current job that is being uploaded.

Upon successful job upload you will notice the PHOTO UPLOAD STATUS icon will turn green.
With the release of our incredible 965-channel Asteri X4i GNSS receiver was the addition of a no-charge precise point positioning (PPP) correction service included with the purchase of every Asteri X4i.
Enabling PPP
To utilize the PPP service on the Asteri X4i, please make sure to properly connect the Asteri to your iOS device running Orbitas. You can review the steps for connection here.
Disabling PPP
PPP service will take roughly 30minutes to activate in good conditions. Wait for the BLUE Icon to be sure of PPP service quality.
If you have an active and valid license of Orbitas Correct, Orbitas Correct will be applied automatically and there is no need to enter any credentials.
Orbitas Correct Settings:
Orbitas, or other mapping programs on iOS utilizing an Asteri Xi series GNSS receiver will have Orbitas Correct being applied.
